RedRight Isla may send operational messages via SMS or voice on behalf of businesses using the system. Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive communications is obtained by the business using Isla. Individuals may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where applicable.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate our platform, including providers for voice and SMS delivery, hosting, payment processing, workflow automation, and data storage. These providers process information solely to provide services on our behalf.

RedRight processes information as a service provider to businesses using Isla and does not independently determine the purpose of client communications.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for operational, contractual, or legal purposes. Businesses using Isla are responsible for complying with their own industry-specific retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
